On Ramp - For Beginners!
Our OnRamp Program is where all of our athletes start before they attend group classes. It is a three part series that teaches you the foundations of CrossFit. We will cover: common movements, nutrition, and what to expect in a normal group class. Each session you will learn something new and complete a WOD (Workout of the day).
Our objective is simple. Teach you the basics, gain some confidence and set you up for SUCCESS! After you complete the program, you and your coach will discuss the best course of action to get you to your goals. The hardest part of CrossFit is beginning, once you get going you will be wondering why you didn't start sooner!
